Owner
To say Tony loves cars is an understatement. Tony LIVES for cars! He worked for 20 years as a mechanic and shop foreman at a busy area dealership. In 2017 he purchased Easton Auto Care and moved it to its present location the following year. Tony takes the time to talk to his customers and explain why a repair needs to be made. He owns several classic vehicles and attends car shows regularly.
Gina Long
General Manager
Gina dots the I’s and crosses the t’s at Easton Auto Care. Previously she owned and operated her own trucking company and brings a commitment to service and wealth of knowledge to Easton Auto Care. Sometimes you see her up front, sometimes she is diligently working behind the scenes, but she always has a smile on her face and something kind to say.
James McCracken
Service Manager
James has 28 years’ experience in the auto service industry, working as a parts manager and recently as a service manager at an area car dealership. He is a native of Caroline County, married with 3 children. He cites a commitment to customer satisfaction as his motavation.
Jordan Shaffer
Assistant General Manager
Jordan’s responsibilities are numerous and varied at Easton Auto Care & Denton Auto Care & Tire; she’s quite literally a human Swiss Army Knife. She lives in Caroline County with her son and enjoys parenting. Likes to read and has a weakness for junk food (can be bribed with donuts). Jordan always greets customers with a bright smile and has a friendly demeanor.
Kristen Critchlow
Service Advisor
Kristen is a Talbot County local and graduated from Easton High School. Before coming to Easton Auto Care as a Service Advisor she worked for a major auto parts company as their Commercial Parts Manager. She enjoys spending time on the Tuckahoe, is Mom to two great kids, and loves to crochet in her spare time.
Claire Batters
Service Advisor
Claire is happy to help you with your vehicle repair. She has 20 years Customer Service service including 5 years in automotive. Her interests include cooking, quail, and gardening. She loves plants & animals and has 2 dogs and 2 cats.
