GREAT Shop!! They were able to diagnose and FIX my issue in a matter of hours. Pricing was a lot less than what I was expecting so that was nice. I cannot thank them enough for getting my Jeep back to a smooth & safe drive! Definitely recommend and MOST definitely will return (hopefully not) if any other issues arise.

I called to ask what the price would be to put in a headlight in my Hyundai Venue. Was told $60 with the lightbulb I supplied. Took the car in and told them both lights were out on the drivers side. When I picked up the car the price was $103.00. After checking to see if the headlight was working the little light was still not working. I asked the technician about it and they told me they would have to take the bumper off again to replace the bulb that was to be replaced initially. I will not return.

Recently had a bunch of work done to my 2007 Chevy suburban. It required a little bit more work than I thought upon the initial visit. The staff there is awesome to work with clear consistent communication and updates. Car is running like a champ! Highly recommend Eastern auto care for all your auto needs! Five star review for me

My wife and I were traveling from Baltimore to Salisbury from a medical appointment when the vehicle's fan belt broke in Easton. Calling Easton Auto Care, they informed me that they were extremely busy but might possibly be able to work it in. We coasted the vehicle into their parking lot. They not only worked us in but had us in and out in less than an hour with a general safety inspection of the engine on top of that! I held my breath but the bill was extremely reasonable. These folks exemplify customer service at it's finest. They exceeded our expectations! It is encouraging to see that honest, hardworking, polite, courteous local businesses still do exist. AND what an impeccably clean customer restroom! I'm very thankful that Easton Auto Care was there for us when we needed emergency assistance the most and that we received care and empathy that made the entire traumatic experience so much better.
